Terms of use
The pilot
Tapline is in a pilot, by invitation. During the pilot it is free, it changes often, and parts of it may be wrong, slow or unavailable. We may change or end the pilot at any time. When paid plans start, we will tell you first and you choose whether to continue.
Market data and opinion
- Prices in the shared feed are collected from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the original source before you rely on it.
- Desk briefs, Propdesk series and Propdesk Intel are the opinion and field information of Tapline's desk. Briefs and Intel say who wrote them and what position, if any, they hold.
- The room shows what other users think, in totals. It is a view of sentiment, not a forecast.
Your account and your content
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- What you put into Tapline stays yours. You let us store and process it to run the service, as the privacy notice describes.
- Do not put in anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
Tapline's content
Desk briefs, Propdesk series and Intel are for your own use. Do not copy, resell or republish them, or share your account to let others read them. You may quote a short line with credit to Tapline.
Fair use
Do not try to reach other users' data, get around the plan limits, overload the service, or copy it in bulk by script. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
Tapline is provided as it is, without any promise that it is accurate, complete or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it or relying on it, including trading losses.
